The cylinders feature an Adams Rite cam and are suitable for commercial storefronts and residential doors with mortise lock sets. Each set includes 2 keyed lock cylinders, 4 keys, and 2 trim rings for installation.

For installation instructions, start by unscrewing the face-plate screws and loosening the set screws behind the face-plate. Remove the old cylinder by turning it counterclockwise, taking caution if there is an Anti-Wrench Mortise Cylinder Guard. Install the new cylinder by aligning the threads and turning it clockwise until it engages the mortise lock pivot pin. Remember not to cross-thread or over tighten the cylinder to avoid damage.

Once the new cylinder is in place, align the keyway and tighten the set screws to secure the cylinder. Finally, screw back the face-plate to complete the installation.
